Our Bootcamp class is designed to give you the ultimate high intensity workout. This 60 minute class includes a 15-20 min warm up and a 35-40 minute workout, with a mix of treadmill and functional strength training. Bootcamp classes alternate muscle focus daily to ensure your body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. Our instructors will help you to be your best, while the lights and carefully curated playlists will inspire you to sprint faster and lift heavier.
