CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
When you create an account with Drive Fitness Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. You may sign up by visiting our website [-] or through our app [-].
Your Drive Fitness Studio account can be managed online through our website or app. You may elect to keep a credit card on file. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder permit Drive Fitness Studio to charge the card for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.
PASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS
At Drive Fitness Studio, you may choose from a number of packs, monthly packs and membership options.
ONE-TIME PAYMENT CLASSES / PACKS (DO NOT RENEW)
- DROP IN (does not renew)
Our standard drop in allows you to book into classes 1 week in advance starting every Sunday.
5 PACK (does not renew)
Entitled to book any class. Expires 2 months from date of purchase.
10 PACK (does not renew)
Entitled to book any class. Expires 3 months from date of purchase.
20 PACK (does not renew)
Entitled to book any class. Expires 5 months from date of purchase.
MONTHLY PACKS / MEMBERSHIPS
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PACK 8 CLASSES (AUTO-RENEW)
Entitled to book any class. Activates at time of purchase and will renew on the same date each month. 8 classes to be used each month. Classes that are not used will not be carried over. Book 1 week in advance.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PACK 12 CLASSES (AUTO-RENEW)
Entitled to book any class. Activates at time of purchase and will renew on the same date each month. 12 classes to be used each month. Classes that are not used will not be carried over. Book 1 week in advance.
When purchasing a monthly subscription pack from Drive Fitness Studio, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Monthly pass guests are required to keep a valid credit card on file using their Drive Fitness Studio account online. By purchasing a monthly subscription pack, the cardholder and account holder permits the Drive Fitness Studio staff to charge the card every 30-days for their membership fee and also for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.
All our monthly passes are available on auto-renewal ONLY. If your credit card is declined you have a 5 day grace period to make a payment before we freeze your pass. Monthly subscription packs can be cancelled anytime after the first month. Monthly passes cannot be used to book a guest and are non-transferable. You can cancel via the Customer Dashboard by logging into our website, or you can ask us to cancel it for you via whatsapp, in-app or viai email on info@drivefitnessstudio.com. If you'd like us to cancel it for you, please allow 2 business days for processing.
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS – AUTO RENEW
UNLIMITED CYCLE – AUTO RENEW 6 MONTH COMMITMENT (no cancellation)
Activates at time of purchase and will renew on the same date each month for at least 6 months. Membership will auto-renew month-to-month until cancelled. One free guest each month. Book 2 weeks in advance.
UNLIMITED TRAIN – AUTO RENEW 6 MONTH COMMITMENT (no cancellation)
This membership allows you unlimited TRAIN CLASSES every month. Membership activates at the time of purchase and will renew on the same date each month for 6 months. Members will be allowed one free guest each month. 2 week booking privileges apply.
ALL ACCESS UNLIMITED CLASSES – 6 MONTH COMMITMENT (no cancellation)
Unlimited classes every month. Membership activates at time of purchase & renews on the same date each month for 6 months. Membership will auto-renew month-to-month until cancelled. One free guest each month. 2 week booking privileges apply.
ALL ACCESS UNLIMITED CLASSES – MONTH TO MONTH (cancel any time)
Enjoy our All Access Membership to UNLIMITED classes with no long term commitment. Membership activates at the time of purchase. Membership will auto-renew month-to-month until cancelled. One free guest each month. 2 week booking privileges apply.
BOOKING A CLASS
Unlimited members can reserve classes up to 14 days in advance. Pack / subscription-pack buyers can reserve class up to 7 days in advance. To sign-up, purchase a single class or a class series and book a bike online or in-studio.
CANCELLATION
To cancel your reservation in a Drive Fitness Studio class you must cancel online.
We value accountability. If you book a spot, be sure you can show up for class. As a courtesy to our team and community, we charge late cancellations and no show fees. If you need to cancel your spot, please cancel 12 or more hours before your scheduled class - this includes waitlisted clients. You can cancel online, or in- studio.
If you do not unreserve your class before the cancellation window (12 HOURS before your scheduled class) or you do not show up for class, a single class will be deducted from your class package. Clients with an Unlimited Membership will be charged €10 for any late cancellations (within less than 12 hours) and will be charged the current Single Credit “Drop-in” price for each “No-show” (you are registered for the class, but did not show up for the scheduled class).
You cannot unreserve or late cancel a class through email, voicemail, text message, and/or direct messaging through Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. YOU MUST UNRESERVE THROUGH THE APP, or YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE.
You are solely responsible for managing your class reservations, waitlists, and cancellations. When you arrive at the studio for class, you are responsible for your self-check in so we know you are present. If you are not signed in by 2 minutes before the scheduled class time, you will be considered a no-show and your spot will be released to guests on the waitlist. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know you are on the way. You will not be refunded. We will hold your reservation for you up to 5 minutes after class begins, although we cannot guarantee it will be the same bike you signed up for. As a courtesy to your instructor and your fellow guests, if you arrive more than more than 5 minutes after class begins, you will not be allowed in class. You will not be refunded.
You are solely responsible for managing your reservations and for cancelling classes within the framework of our cancellation policy. If you book multiple classes or are on the waitlist for multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within our cancellation policy. If you reserve a class by accident, or double book a class, or double book yourself on the waitlist, Drive Fitness Studio is not held responsible. Please be aware that we release spots 2 minutes before the start of class to those on the waitlist. If you are running late, please CALL the studio and speak with Drive Fitness Studio staff to ensure that we hold your spot. Drive Fitness Studio staff will add walk-in waitlisted guests in the order in which they were added to the waitlist by the computer system, top to bottom, 2 minutes before the start of class. There is no waitlist priority given for early arrival.
REFUND POLICY
Classes, class packages/passes, memberships, retail and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise expressed by Drive Fitness Studio.
CLASS RULES
HEIGHT REQUIREMENT
Guests must be at least 4’ 11” to take CYCLE classes at Drive Fitness Studio.
CLASSROOM CONDITIONS
Drive Fitness Studio provides intense workouts. CYCLE is a combination of rhythm-based choreography, high intensity intervals, and upper body sculpting exercises in class. Our TRAIN classes combine high-intensity weight training with/ without running. Please consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise regimen. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are fit to exercise and Drive Fitness Studio shall not be held liable for any injury or harm caused during a Drive Fitness Studio class. The temperature in the room ranges from 20 to 25 degrees depending on the number of guests in the room and indoor/outdoor weather conditions. Loud music will be played in class that may contain explicit language. There will be frequent changes in lighting, although no strobe lights are used.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Always bring the bike to a complete stop before jumping off.
Always wear the safety clip when using the treadmill. Always come to a complete stop on the treadmill before walking off. Never jump on the sides of the treadmill to stop.
If recovering from injury or illness, or have known sensitivities, notify the instructor prior to class start time.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
You agree that we are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.
ARRIVE EARLY
Arrive 15 minutes before class starts and let us know if it is your first time so we can introduce you to our studio and class method.
SIGN-IN
Be sure to let us know when you arrive. Your spot will be released to guest on the waitlist approximately 2 minutes before class begins. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know you are on the way. Our front desk team will hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after class begins, although we cannot guarantee it will be the same (bike) you signed up for. As a courtesy to your instructor and your fellow guests, if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins, you will not be allowed in class — it disrupts the class vibe.
LATE ARRIVALS
Spots will be released to guests on the waitlist 2 minutes before class begins. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know you are on the way. The classroom doors will be closed 1 minute before class starts at which point late arrivals will not be permitted.
FOR RIDERS LEAVING EARLY
We discourage leaving class early and want to hold our community accountable to the class and class time they signed up for as the duration of the class is always indicated. However, in the rare event that you have to leave early, please let your instructor know before class starts.
WAITLISTING
If a class is full, you can choose to be added to our waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email confirmation that you are booked for that class. Please note that our cancellation policy also applies to the waitlist, so if you no longer wish to be waitlisted, please let us know. If you are waitlisted and a spot becomes available within 3 hours of the scheduled class, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee if you cannot make the class.
I, the participant named below, have agreed to participate in the Drive Fitness Studio workouts, exercise and training programs (“Workouts”).
I acknowledge and agree that the Workouts:
• are a recreational sport activity; and
• may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities.
I hereby affirm, and I affirm each time I participate in a Workout, that:
• I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program; and
• I am participating in the Workouts voluntarily and at my own risk.
I hereby release Drive Fitness Studio Malta and their officers, agents and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation in the Workouts, to the extent permitted by law.
I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in the workouts and I hereby release the Released Parties from any liability now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain directly or indirectly from participating in the Workouts, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, or any other illness or soreness that I may incur, including death.
I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE STATEMENTS.
